The vitamin B-Complex ,are a group of water-soluble vitamins that plays an important roles in cell metabolism and may inversely help reduce the risk of colon cancer & ganglion cysts.

Vitamin-B1-Thiamine Thiamin.svg Thiamine plays a central role in the generation of energy from carbohydrates. It is involved in RNA and DNA production, as well as nerve function.
